Shipping & Return Policy
Duraforce is proud to offer free shipping on any order over US $49 for the US, and any order over CAD $69 for Canada. If your order is less than US $49 in the US or less than CAD $69 in Canada, a flat rate shipping fee will be applied. Duraforce charges a flat shipping rate of US $4.99 per order for the lower 48 states in the United States, and US $9.99 per order for all provinces across Canada.
Duraforce Same Day Shipping Guarantee. Place your order by 10:00am EST, Monday to Friday, and your order will be shipped the very same day. Most orders ship within 24 hours, unless otherwise stated on the product page. You should expect to receive it 3 to 9 business days after dispatch; however, most of our packages are delivered within 5 business days.
Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, Canada Post, Canpar and Purolator. At this time, we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Return and refund policy
Duraforce offers a 30-day easy return policy. You may return any product purchased within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new condition, suitable for resale, and returned in its original undamaged packaging with all original parts. It should not have been used, installed, modified, rebuilt, reconditioned, repaired, altered, or damaged in any way.
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a shipping error on the part of Duraforce. In such instances, we will provide return shipping information and cover all associated costs. However, for all other returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping expenses.
Submit a Return Request
- Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter the six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Follow the instructions provided to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the returned item and it meets the necessary criteria, you will receive a refund according to our refund policy.
